Privacy policy

Buying a seat collects the buyer's email address, the names and email addresses of the attendees, and a shipping address where materials are included. That is the whole of what is asked for.

Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored by DOT Training Solutions or the academy platform. What comes back is a payment reference and the amount charged.

Attendee names and email addresses are used to register the person for the class, to contact them about it, and to issue and re-issue their certificate. Certificates are a training record and are kept after the class for that reason.

Information is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. It is shared only with the service providers that deliver the class — payment processing, email delivery, and shipping — and only with what each of them needs.
