Terms of sale

Buying a seat registers one named person for one dated sitting of the class shown at checkout. A seat is not a subscription and gives no access to other courses.

Attendance is required for the whole class. A certificate is issued on completion of the class and any assessment it carries; it is not issued for partial attendance.

Where a class states a prerequisite, the buyer is confirming at checkout that each attendee holds it. DOT Training Solutions may decline attendance if a prerequisite is not held, and the cancellation policy applies as it would to any other cancellation.

Printed materials included in the price are shipped to the address given at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by DOT Training Solutions.

Training is delivered as described and DOT Training Solutions makes no warranty that it satisfies any particular regulatory obligation of the buyer or their employer. Determining what training an operation requires remains the operation's responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
